※ Offline Fansign Event Guidelines

- The fansign event with TRENDZ will proceed according to the seat number.

- Checking the winner and seat number distribution will happen 30 minutes before the event starts.

- Please be aware of the following event precautions. We kindly appreciate your cooperation during the event.

1. All seats are reserved seats, and seats will be assigned through a lottery directly to the winner after identity verification on-site. Please make sure to arrive on time for the event as you will not be able to enter after the event starts.

2. There is no separate waiting place for the fan signing event. Please enter right after the winners confirmation and seat number distribution.

3. Please make sure to bring your photo ID in order to confirm your identity and receive the winning ticket.

- Korean participants can only use resident registration card, driver's license, passport, student ID card with a photo, Youth ID card, national certificate of certification with the DOB.

- Foreign participants can only be identified with the English name written on their passports, and other identification cards are not accepted. (Student ID, etc.)

4. SNS live broadcasting is strictly prohibited during the fan signing event, and you will be sent off regardless of whether you receive an autograph or not.

5. Recording and filming devices including cameras, recorders, mobile phones, and smartwatches are prohibited when receiving autographs. When caught, depending on the situation on the spot, Winnings may be canceled or forced out.

6. Confetti with flower petals and firecrackers are not allowed in the event venue.

7. Letters and gifts can only be delivered through staff, not directly to members.

8. The fan signing event items can only be delivered through the staff and will be returned after the signing event. If you do not take them from the site, they will be discarded.

9. Gifts for flowers (raw flowers, dry flowers), all kinds of food are not allowed.

※ Offline Fansign Event Note

- TO. Name can only be Korean/English and cannot be a modifier or PS.

- Both nicknames/real names are possible. (However, we can ask you to revise it if it needs to be revised after checking the agency's staff at the site.)

- Please prepare by marking the page where each member will receive autographs in advance.

- Post-it questions can only be short-answer or optional (no more than 5 other) questions. Long answers, pictures are not allowed.

- Post-it inspection is conducted at the site, and if it is judged to be an inappropriate question, a correction request or collection action may be taken.

- During the fan signing event, please refrain from making personal comments and personal requests to the artist for smooth communication with all fans who attended the event, and if excessive or inappropriate behavior continues to be said to the artist at the judgment of the person in charge, the staff may be sanctioned and sent off.

- Excessive body contact such as graffiti that directly touches the artist's skin or attaching stickers and pinching is not possible.

- The use of flash, AF auxiliary light and strobe light is prohibited when taking photos.

1. The winner's autographed album is one of the albums you purchased and will be provided on site.

2. Only the winners themselves can participate in the event and it cannot be transferred or sold. If caught, participation is not allowed, and the party is solely responsible for the disadvantage caused by the transfer or sale. If it's not the winner themselves, you can't participate in the event so please be careful when applying.

3. The lottery for the winners of this fan signing event will be conducted only with the information entered at the time of application. Please apply under the Korean or English name indicated on your ID card and passport. The fan signing event application information cannot be changed later.

4. Autographs cannot be received anywhere else (such as photo cards). Please note that we will take care of the collection when receiving autographs elsewhere.

5. Only the winner herself/himself can participate in the event. We will check your ID so please prepare a photo ID that matches with your real name

- Foreigners must register their names in English on their passports.

6. After the winner is announced, it is absolutely impossible to change the winner's name and contact information through the Whosfan Store and it will not be reflected. Please make sure that the correct contact information and the correct date of birth are applied when applying.

7. Details of the offline fansign winners' participation in the field will be announced with the winner announcement.

※ Caution and Notice for applications

1. The albums you have purchased during this Event CANNOT be exchanged or refunded.

2. Please make sure to check the valid ID requirements below

Korean minors: student ID card of elementary, middle and high schools, passport, national certificate of certification with the DOB, etc

Korean adults: resident registration card, driver’s license, passport

All foreigners: passport, alien registration card

Student ID (including university student ID) is not accepted except for the minors

All identification cards are valid only for physical identification cards that have not expired.

3. When entering for this fan signing event, the personal information of the winner is collected as follows in order to check the duplicate winner and proceed with the event.

- Items of personal information to be collected: name, contact information, address, date of birth, country

- Purpose of collection: Application for TRENDZ (트렌드지) 4th Single Album [𝐃𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐌𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐄] Fansign Event

- Persons receiving personal information: Whosfan Store, Global H media

- Period of retention and use of personal information by the person receiving personal information: Until the event ends and the purpose of use is achieved

4. The albums will be shipped in order after the fansign event has ended.

5. Depending on the circumstances, the event may change or be canceled without prior notice.

※ 1:1 Video Call Fansign Event Guidelines

1. Prepare your phone and wait until your turn.

2. Answer the video call on the phone.

- Before the video call starts, you will receive a guideline on the video call messenger of your choice.

- If you do not answer the call more than twice, the video call event cannot be held, so please check the event time and apply only for those who can call.

3. Hang up the call when the video call event is over.

1. The winner's autographed album is one of the albums you purchased and will be provided on site.

2. Only the winner herself/himself can participate in the event. We will check your ID so please prepare a photo ID that matches with your real name.

3.Only the winners themselves can participate in the event and it cannot be transferred or sold. If caught, participation is not allowed, and the party is solely responsible for the disadvantage caused by the transfer or sale. If it's not the winner themselves, you can't participate in the event so please be careful when applying.

4. The call may be terminated if others join the call or a person other than the winner answers the call.

5. The winner will make a 1:1 video call and the call will end after the specified time.

6. You can only receive the names of the winners in the album page, and you cannot sign the name change request and the page or other composition such as a photo card(P.S is not possible to request).

7. Unreasonable requests to the members or questions that may result in misunderstanding during the video call event are strictly prohibited. Seller is not responsible for it.

8. The video call will run via KakaoTalk messenger. The call will be sent to the information that you have entered when you purchased the albums, and you CANNOT change the information at a later time.

9. Recording, filming, and live SNS broadcasting are absolutely not allowed during video calls.
