The Online Video Call event will be held for those who participate in the Lucky Draw event in Rocket Punch [FLASH] Official Themed Cafe.
- Entry for the online fansign is only available offline (Whosfan Cafe).

1. The albums you have purchased during this fansign event CANNOT be exchanged or refunded.

- We are not held responsible for any errors or negligence that may occur in entering the event, or any problems that may arise from purchases made without the consent of a legal representative.
2. Only the winner herself/himself can participate in the event. We will check your ID so please prepare a photo ID that matches with your real name.
-Korean minors: student ID card of elementary, middle and high schools, passport, national certificate with the DOB, etc
-Korean adults: resident registration card, driver’s license, passport
-Foreigners: passport, alien registration card
3. The call may be terminated if others join the call or a person other than the winner answers the call.
4. The video call will run via KakaoTalk messenger. The call will be sent to the information that you have entered when you purchased the albums, and you CANNOT change the information at a later time.
5. The signing of the video call event will be carried out not on the album but on the sign paper.
6. P.S requests, unreasonable requests to the members or questions that may result in misunderstanding during the video call event are strictly prohibited.
7. Any sort of filming, recording, social media channel live streaming is prohibited.
8. Depending on the circumstances, the event may change or be canceled without prior notice.
9. The name and contact information cannot be changed after the winner announcement. Please make sure that the correct contact information and the correct date of birth are applied when applying.
10. When applying for this event, we provide the personal information of the winner as follows for the duplicate winner and fan signing event.

[Video Call Event Guidelines]
1. Prepare your phone and wait until your turn.
2. Answer the video call on the phone.
- Before the video call starts, you will receive a guideline on the video call messenger.
- If you do not answer the call more than twice, the next winner gets their turn, and we will try to call you once again before the video chat event ends. If you do not answer the call then, you cannot participate in the video chat event, so please make sure to answer the call.
3. Hang up the call when the video call event is over.
