📌 How to Acquire HMA Voting Tickets
- You can obtain them by participating in events on the official promotion page!
- They can also be exchanged with credits charged at the free charging station!
Participate in various events and collect voting tickets and credits!

- HMA voting tickets cannot be exchanged for gold coins or Whosfan voting tickets.
- HMA voting tickets are usable during the voting period of the 31st Annual Hanteo Music Awards 2023 and will automatically expire after the voting period ends.

Participate in various promotions on the promotion page to get voting tickets and collect them!

Usage Guide :
1. Access the Whosfan app and click on the 'HMA' heart button located at the bottom.
2. Enter the HMA 2023 official promotion page and participate in various promotions such as attendance check, simple missions, video watching, and the WhosPANG game.
2-1. Check in for attedance
- Check in daily and receive voting tickets! You must click the 'Today's Attendance Check' button on the attendance check screen to be marked present.
- The attendance check resets every day at 9 AM (KST).
2-2. Take part in a simple mission & Go watch a Video
- Participate in various missions and try to acquire voting tickets!
2-3. Play the WhosPANG Game
- Click on 'Play WhosPANG Game' and then the game start button.
- Click on 'Customize Character As You Wish' and add a photo of an artist to enjoy WhosPANG with your favorite artist.
- The game character icon will change to the artist's photo!
- If you do not wish to customize your character, please press the 'Start Playing' button to proceed with the game.
- You can score by connecting more than three of the same characters.
- After the time limit, you can watch an ad and add 15 seconds to continue playing the game
*For users who are using ad-blocking software, it may be difficult to view ads within WhosPANG, and as a result, while playing WhosPANG games is possible, certain functions like 'Add Time by Watching Ads' may not work properly
- After the game ends, click the 'Open Spaceship!' button to see how many 'HMA Voting Tickets' you will receive.
- The number of tickets ranges from 1 to 30 and is randomly assigned.
- After checking the number of 'HMA Voting Tickets', press the 'Go Get Reward' button to receive the tickets.
- Click the 'Watch Ad and Get +1 Voting Ticket' button to receive an additional ticket.
- Check your current highest rank in the WhosPANG Star Ranking.
*Please note that you must receive the rewards in the Whosfan app after clicking the 'Go Get Reward' button to be ranked in the WhosPANG Star Ranking. -
The WhosPANG Star Ranking is reset on a weekly basis and is updated every Wednesday at 12 PM.
Try to become the star of the new WhosPANG Star Ranking that opens every week!
3. Participate in the promotion and receive HMA voting tickets. The rewarded voting tickets can be checked on the HMA 2023 official promotion page and in the store within the Whosfan app.
*HMA Voting Tickets can also be exchanged with credits charged from the free charging station besides the promotion rewards on the official promotion page.

WhosFandom Award' is given to both the global fandom and its artist. The winner selected from 100% global fan voting represents the best fandom of the year.

📌Global Artist Award Information
Global Artist Award
It selects the artists who were greatly loved by fans of each region worldwide with their outstanding promotions in Korea and especially overseas. The award is given by each continent of Asia, Europe, Africa, Oceania, North America, and South America with comprehensive global index.
- Category: Global Artist Award Round 1 Voting
- Criteria
- All artists who rank in the TOP 10 for each continent in the Round 1 voting will advance to Round 2.
- Regardless of the votes or results from Round 1, the results of Round 2 will be reflected to the final judgment. (Voting result account for 50%)
- Round 2 voting will be run in the same format as Round 1 voting and can be voted with HMA voting ticket on the Whosfan app.
- Vote Counts by Continent : Voting rankings by continent are updated every day at 12:00 PM (KST). - Awards : Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania, South America
- Voting Period: Dec 11 ~ Dec 17, 2023 18:00 (KST)
