The protagonists of K-pop are the global fandoms and artists.
The winner selected 100% through global fan voting represents the best fandom of the year.
The 32ND ANNIVERSARY HANTEO MUSIC AWARDS 2024 WhosFandom Award voting is divided into two categories: male artists and female artists, and the TOP 1 male and female artists selected entirely through global fan voting will receive the WhosFandom Award.
- Voting categories: WhosFandom Award Male Artist, WhosFandom Award Female Artist
- Award criteria: Global fan vote 100%, TOP 1 for each male/female category
