[NOTE]
1. The albums you have purchased during this fansign event CANNOT be exchanged or refunded.
2. Only the winner themselves can participate in the event and they cannot receive, transfer, or sell it. If caught, event participation is not possible and they are solely responsible for the damage caused by proxy receipt or selling the ticket to someone else. If you are not the winner, please note that you cannot receive the winning ticket and participate in the event.
3. The draw for the winners will only be preceded with the information entered when applying for the fansign event. Please apply with Korean or English name written on your ID card or passport. You cannot change the information you’ve entered after you finished applying.
4. When attending the fansign event, please make sure to bring your official ID card with a photo attached for confirmation. You cannot enter if you do not have your ID card.
-If you’re a foreigner, please use the English name on your passport when applying for the event (you cannot use Korean name when applying).
5. The name and contact information cannot be changed via Gmarket Global CS Team after the winner announcement. Please make sure that the correct contact information and the correct date of birth are applied when applying.
6. When applying for this event, we provide the personal information of the winner as follows for the duplicate winner and fan signing event.

Personal information retention and use period of the person receiving the personal information: within 7 days after the end of the event
7. You cannot apply for the fansign event if you do not agree to collect and provide the above personal information
8. Details of the participation will be announced along with the winner's announcement. The first-press limited poster will be sent only for the first-pressed versions in the order of purchase, and it will not be sent if it runs out of stock.
9. Depending on the circumstances, the fansign event may change or be canceled without prior notice
- The signing event is operated in strict compliance with the Covid-19 quarantine rules such as distancing between seats. We ask for the participants’ cooperation
10. The participation and progress of the event may be changed according to the government's quarantine guidelines
[Fansign Event Guidelines]
The participants will enter after writing a questionnaire, checking the fever, using hand sanitizer, and wearing a mask. The fansign event will proceed according to the seat number.
Checking the winner and seat number distribution will happen 30 minutes before the event starts.
The questionnaire will be processed by writing an online questionnaire prior to the event.
Please be aware of the following event precautions. We kindly appreciate your cooperation during the event.
1. The event site of the fan signing event complies with the quarantine rules to prevent COVID-19. All seats with designated seats will be assigned by the winners themselves after identifying themselves on the spot. You are not allowed to enter after the event begins, so please arrive on time for the event.
2. To follow the COVID-19 quarantine rules, there is no separate waiting place for the fan signing event. Please enter right after the winners confirmation and seat number distribution.
3. To prevent COVID-19, you must answer the questionnaire, check the body temperature (will be using a contactless thermometer), and use hand sanitizer before entering. Please understand that if you have a high fever of over 37.5 degrees Celsius and don't wear a mask, you may be restricted from entering.
*Flower (raw flowers, dry flowers), take-out drinks, unpacked foods, and edible gifts that may go bad are not allowed. Please not ehtat gifts that have already been delivered are difficult to return.
*Electronic products and gift cards cannot be delivered except for customed in-ears.
4. In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the event is operated as a seat-to-seat system. (Maintain approximately 50 cm of spacing)
5. Only the winner can receive the winning ticket. It is not possible to receive it by proxy as a family member or acquaintance.
*You may be disadvantaged at TO1's future events if you are caught in illegal situations such as transferring or selling tickets to the fansign event.
6. Please make sure to bring your photo ID in order to confirm your identity and receive the winning ticket.
*Korean participants can only use resident registration card, driver's license, passport, student ID card with a photo, Youth ID card, national certificate of certification with the DOB.
*Foreign participants can only be identified with the English name written on their passports, and other identification cards are not accepted. (Student ID, etc.)
* All identification cards are valid only for physical identification cards that have not expired.
7. There will be a transparent screen installed between the artist and the fan.
8. SNS live broadcasting is strictly prohibited during the fan signing event, and you will be sent off regardless of whether you receive an autograph or not.
9. Filming and audio recording are prohibited while waiting and receiving autographs. You will be sent off when caught.
10. If you have won the fansign event, please make sure to attend the event with REAL ver. or LIE ver. of TO1's 2nd Mini Album RE:ALIZE.
Please fill out [TO.] (Korean or English) on the post-it and attach the album. (TO is only available in Korean or English)
*Please mark the page you wish to receive autographs by each member in advance with post-it.
*You can't get autographs anywhere other than the album photobook (ex. album components, phone cases, personal belongings, etc)
You will be sent off when caught.
11. Physical contact with artists, excessive demands, private questions, or questions that may cause misunderstanding is prohibited.
12. You can use 1 [TO.] / [Sign] / [Post-it Question] per member (You cannot ask for nicknames or PS).
*Questions and answers on post-its can only be answered briefly or multiple-choices. We will collect post-its with pictures and long answers and will not return them.
13. You may not be able to enter the event after drinking.
14. Even if it is not indicated above, you may be sent off regardless of the behavior that is difficult to proceed smoothly depending on the situation on the site on the day of the event
* There will be TO1 - 'No More X' (Nerd Look ver.) performance stage after the fansign event.
* The fansign event attendees will receive a special gift from TO1.
[Precautions in the fansign event to prevent COVID-19]
1. Mandatory wearing of mask (KF94) for all participants
* Everyone is required to wear a mask (KF94) after entering the event hall (lobby, audience seats).
*You are not allowed to enter if the mask is not worn.
* Food and beverages are not allowed in the venue (lobby, seats)
2. Answering the questionnaire and checking the temperature
* When entering the venue, all audiences will be asked for questionnaires and body temperature measurements.
* Entrance may be restricted if your body temperature is 37.5 degrees or higher.
* False preparation and omission of intention may be subject to criminal punishment or fines in accordance with the Infectious Disease Prevention and Management Act.
* Please refer to the guidelines for preparing the questionnaire and fill it out on the day of the fan signing event. Please fill it out before entering for smooth operation.
* As it may take some time to fill out the questionnaire and measure body temperature. Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the event begins.
3. Spacing between the seats
* To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the event is operated under the 'Distancing Between Seats' seating system.
* You cannot move to any other seat than the designated seat.
* Please keep the distance when waiting before entering the event hall. Please follow the instructions of the staff so that you can keep the distance while entering and leaving the event hall.
4. Refrain from shouting in the venue
* According to local government guidelines, shouting, chanting, chorus, and standing during performance are prohibited. Please give a big round of applause to cheer for TO1
5. Do not have private gatherings over 5 people without vaccination inside or outside the venue.
* All private gatherings and personal sharing activities at the event hall before and after the fan signing event are prohibited.
* Please refrain from private gatherings over 5 people according to government guidelines.
6. Use hand sanitizer and wash hands to maintain cleanliness
* Please wash your hands thoroughly under running water for at least 30 seconds along with using hand sanitizer placed throughout the event hall.
7. If you are not the winner of this event to prevent COVID-19, please refrain from visiting the venue.
We are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by not reading the above notice.
There are many changes related to the COVID-19 situation, so please read the notice carefully.
