I could not authenticate my album with Hanteo Chart Authentication Card. Did my purchase not count towards Hanteo Chart?

Hello, this is the Whosfan customer support team.

All the albums that you have purchased from a Hanteo Chart's family store are counted towards Hanteo Chart's Real-time, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Charts.

If you authenticate your album with Hanteo Chart Authentication Card (HATS), it gets counted towards Hanteo Chart's Global Authentication Chart and Star Chart as well.
